Candy puts a “New Episodes” badge on posters in the Shorts library, and that badge is exactly what this page mirrors. Right now it sits on 15 series. The free rules don’t change for new arrivals: episodes 1–2 free, then 12 tokens an episode, or 30 on creator series.

Is there a release schedule?

No. Candy doesn’t publish a calendar for new Candy Shorts episodes, so anyone promising “new drops every Friday” is guessing. Fresh episodes simply appear in the library with the badge.
