Who this policy covers
This policy applies to candyaishortsgirls.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”), an independent guide to Candy AI Shorts. For any privacy question or request, email contact@candyaishortsgirls.com.
What we don’t collect
This is a static information site. We have:
- no user accounts or logins
- no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups or comment sections
- no analytics or advertising trackers installed by us at the moment
- no cookies set by us
If we ever add any of these, we will update this policy first.
The 18+ confirmation in your browser
When you confirm that you are 18 or older, our site saves one small item in your browser’s local storage, so the age prompt doesn’t appear on every page. That item only records that you clicked the confirmation button. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not used for anything else.
You can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. The age prompt will then appear again on your next visit.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our web server (nginx) keeps standard technical logs of requests. These include information such as your IP address, your browser’s user agent, the URL requested and the date and time of the request.
We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, for example to spot abuse or fix errors. We don’t use them for advertising or profiling, and we don’t sell them. We keep them only as long as we need them for those purposes.
Google Fonts
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and standard request information. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that connection.
Links to Candy AI
When you click a link to Candy AI, you leave our site. Our links include a referral code so that Candy AI’s affiliate program can credit us if you sign up or buy. Candy AI receives that referral code along with your visit, and its own privacy policy applies to everything you do on its site, including your account, payments and chats.
Candy AI’s affiliate program may report to us that a referral led to a sign-up or purchase so that commissions can be paid. We don’t use that information to identify or contact you. See our affiliate disclosure for more.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the EU and UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you rights over your personal data, including the right to:
- know what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- object to or restrict certain processing
- complain to your local data protection authority
In practice, the only personal data we may hold is the server logs described above. Where the GDPR applies, we process them on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To make a request, email us; if it concerns server logs, tell us your IP address and the approximate time of your visit so we can find the entries.
Adults only
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If our practices change, for example if we add analytics, we will update this page and the date below. Please check back from time to time.
