The official Candy AI website
There are two real addresses, and they run one service:
- candy.ai is the main Candy AI site: AI chat, the Shorts tab, image and video tools, Candy Creators and Premium.
- candyshorts.com is Candy’s dedicated site for its Shorts series.
Your account, tokens, unlocked episodes and Premium plan are the same on both. Sign in on either one with the same details.
The buttons on our site send you to candy.ai through Candy’s affiliate redirect, which adds our referral code (see our affiliate disclosure). You should always land on candy.ai. Glance at the address bar before you type a password; that habit alone beats most phishing.
Sign in, or join free. Episode 1 of every public Shorts series plays before you even sign up.
How to log in to Candy AI
- Open candy.ai or candyshorts.com.
- Tap the sign-in button.
- Enter your email and password, or continue with Google if that’s how you signed up.
- That’s it. Your tokens, unlocked episodes and Premium follow you to any device.
Using the home-screen web app? Sign in once inside the app itself; on iPhone it keeps its own login, separate from Safari. Our Candy AI app guide shows how to install it.
New here? Join free
You don’t need an account to try the product: episode 1 of every public series plays as a guest. Episode 2 asks for a free sign-up, with your email or a Google account where offered.
According to Candy’s help center, a free account covers the free Shorts episodes, up to 5 chat messages in total, 1 custom character and 1 generated image. Signing in also reveals the 13 members-only Spicy series. Candy AI is strictly 18+. Our free episodes guide lists everything you can watch without paying.
Forgot your password?
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen and Candy will email you a link. Check your spam folder if nothing turns up.
Signed up with Google? Then there may be no Candy password to reset at all. Just use the Google button.
Still locked out? Contact Candy’s support through its help center. Independent sites like ours can’t see or reset Candy accounts, so be suspicious of anyone who offers to.
Candy AI login problems and fixes
| Problem | Try this |
|---|---|
| The page reloads or loops after login | Allow cookies for the site, or clear them and try again |
| Errors while a VPN is on | Switch the VPN off; it can trigger extra checks or load the wrong region |
| Prices or payment options look different | Normal: they vary by country and region |
| You’re asked to confirm your age | Candy is 18+ only; follow the prompt |
| Logged out of the home-screen app | Sign in once inside the web app |
| Nothing works | Try the other official site, then contact Candy’s support |
Fake Candy AI sites: how to spot them
Lookalike sites copy Candy’s logo and colors to grab logins and card numbers. Before you sign in, run three quick checks:
- The domain. It should be exactly candy.ai or candyshorts.com. Extra words, hyphens or a different ending mean you’re somewhere else.
- The ask. Candy never asks you to download a file, pay with gift cards, or enter your card to “verify your age”.
- The route. Don’t log in from a link in a DM, comment or email promising leaked episodes or free Premium. Type the address yourself instead.
More red flags, and what Candy shows on your bank statement, are in our Candy AI safety guide.
After you log in: where everything is
- Shorts: the Shorts tab, with the full library and “New Episodes” badges.
- Chat: the AI girlfriend section. Every Shorts character also has a chat profile.
- Candy Creators: the AI twins of adult performers who licensed their likeness.
- Premium: the plans page, from $3.99/month on the 12-month plan with 100 tokens a month. Our price guide breaks it down.
Signed in and ready? Open Candy Shorts and press play.
