Where to watch Candy AI Shorts
There are exactly two official ways in, and they lead to the same place. The Shorts tab on candy.ai sits inside Candy AI, right next to the chat, image and video tools. candyshorts.com is Candy’s dedicated Shorts site, with nothing but the series.
What’s identical on both: your account, your tokens, your unlocked episodes, your Premium plan and the free-episode rule. Sign in with the same email on either one and everything follows you. The only real difference is what’s next door. If you also want to chat with the characters after an episode, the candy.ai tab keeps it all one tap away.
Anything else, like a TikTok clip, a Reddit post or a “full episode” on a video site, is a trailer or a re-upload at best. Our uncensored and leaks guide explains why those are a dead end.
Watch your first episode in four steps
- Open Candy Shorts. Use any button on this page, or go to the Shorts tab on candy.ai or to candyshorts.com.
- Pick a series. The library holds 142 series. Thirteen of them are members-only “Spicy” series with blurred posters until you sign in. Series with fresh drops wear a “New Episodes” badge; see them on our new episodes page. Can’t decide? Start with our top 10 series.
- Press play on episode 1. It runs straight away, no account needed. Episodes are vertical (9:16) and short: roughly one to three minutes each, by Candy’s own description.
- Sign up free for episode 2. Candy asks for a free account before the second episode. It costs nothing.
From episode 3 you’ll see a lock with a token price. That’s where Premium comes in, more on that below.
What the free account gets you
Signing up is free and opens more than episode 2. According to Candy’s help center, a free account lets you:
- watch the free episodes of every public series
- send up to 5 chat messages in total
- create 1 custom character
- generate 1 image
On top of that, signing in reveals the 13 members-only Spicy series on the Shorts shelf (their later episodes still cost tokens). It’s a decent test drive. If the free taste leaves you wanting the rest, that’s the point where Premium makes sense.

Number one in our top 10 by monthly searches. Episode 1 plays without an account.
How to watch Candy Shorts on your phone
Your phone is the natural home of Candy Shorts. The vertical episodes fill the screen like a story feed, no rotating needed.
On iPhone or iPad: open Safari, go to candy.ai and tap Shorts (or go straight to candyshorts.com), then play. Want a one-tap icon? Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
On Android: open Chrome and do the same. For an icon, tap ⋮, then Add to Home screen.
There’s no App Store or Google Play app. Candy’s help center points you to that home-screen web app instead, and it can even send you push notifications when new episodes land. Our Candy Shorts app guide walks through the setup.
Watching on a laptop or desktop
Any current browser works: Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, on Windows, Mac or Linux. There’s nothing to install. Log in with the same account you use on your phone and your Premium and tokens come with you.
Because the episodes are vertical, a widescreen monitor leaves empty space on both sides. Go fullscreen for a centered picture, or shrink the browser window to phone shape and park it in a corner.
Candy Shorts on TV
There’s no Candy app for smart TVs or streaming boxes. You can still get the drama onto the big screen in two simple ways:
- Use your TV’s web browser. Many smart TVs have one. Open candyshorts.com, log in and play. How smoothly video runs depends on the TV model.
- Mirror or cast your screen. Most phones, tablets and laptops can mirror their screen to a compatible TV or streaming device. Start the episode on your device, then mirror it.
Two heads-ups. Vertical video sits in the middle of a widescreen TV with black bars on each side. And mirroring shows everything on your screen, notifications included, so silence them first. Also check who’s on the sofa: this is 18+ entertainment.
Subtitles and dubbed audio
Most series come with subtitles in several languages: English, French, German, Spanish and more. Some series also offer dubbed audio. You switch both from the player controls, and the options depend on the series.
Subtitles are handy for discreet viewing as well. Sound off, captions on, and nobody in the next room is any the wiser.
Unlocking episode 3 and beyond
The free part ends at episode 2. One series, Simona Rossi: Wrong But Right, gives you three. After that:
- A locked episode costs 12 tokens, or 30 on creator series.
- Tokens come with Candy AI Premium: 100 tokens a month, from $3.99/month on the 12-month plan.
- A typical five-episode series takes 36 tokens to finish; a creator series takes 90.
Members-only Spicy series follow the same rules: sign up free to see them, then pay tokens for the later episodes. Our Candy Shorts price guide runs the numbers for every plan.
Binge order for the long series
Always watch in order. Episodes are numbered, each one picks up where the last left off, and the free ones are always the opening ones, so skipping ahead gains you nothing. Most series wrap up in five episodes, a single short sitting. A handful are proper marathons: My Bestie Betrayed Me runs to 34 episodes, YES MA’AM to 20, and Mona’s Worst Enemy, Caught Between Sisters and Simona Rossi to 15 each. Candy keeps adding episodes without a fixed schedule, so check the badge before you settle in.
$3.99/month on the 12-month plan, with 100 tokens every month for locked episodes.
One account for everything
A single Candy AI account covers Shorts, chat, images and video on every device you own. Premium is the same story: one subscription, everywhere.
And the characters don’t vanish when the credits roll. Every Shorts character also exists as a chat character on Candy, so if one of them got under your skin, you can chat with her free. A free account includes up to 5 messages in total; Premium makes text chat unlimited.
Playback problems and quick fixes
| Problem | Try this |
|---|---|
| Episode 1 won’t start | Reload the page, check your connection, or switch to the other official site |
| No sound | Look for a mute icon in the player, then check your device volume |
| A sign-up screen after episode 1 | That’s normal: episode 2 needs a free account |
| A lock on episode 3 | Also normal: it needs tokens, see above |
| A series a friend mentioned is missing | It may be a members-only Spicy series; sign in and it appears |
| Stuck in a login loop | Clear the site’s cookies or try a private window |
| Constant buffering | Move to a stronger connection, or pause a VPN or data saver |
Still stuck? Account and payment problems go to Candy’s support through its help center, since independent guides like ours can’t see your account. And if a site asks you to download something to watch, close it; our Candy AI safety guide explains why.
