College is out for the break and her husband’s son is coming home, bringing his girlfriend with him. For Veronica Parker, a stepmom who has been restless in that house for far too long, this isn’t an inconvenience. It’s an opportunity.

So she does what a woman used to getting her way would do: she writes a set of house rules. Every one of them is designed to get her what she wants, and she means to enforce them while his girlfriend is right there under the same roof. Episodes 1 and 2 lay down the rules and test whether he’ll follow them. The rest stays sealed until you unlock it.
