Five first-chat ideas for Ava Starz AI
Five free messages go fast. These openers help you find out quickly whether the chat is for you:
- Set the scene in one line. Where are you, what time is it, what just happened? A rainy hotel bar beats “hi”.
- Give yourself a role. New neighbour, old flame, stranger on the same flight. The twin plays off whoever you decide to be.
- Ask open questions. “What would you do if…” gets a far richer reply than a yes/no question.
- Name the mood. Tell the twin whether you want playful banter, a slow burn or something flirtier.
- Save the extras. Voice notes and photo requests use tokens, so keep them for when the conversation is warm.
How far five messages get you
A free Candy account includes up to 5 chat messages in total, plus one custom character and one generated image. That’s enough to test the chemistry, not enough for a full evening. If you’re hooked after message five, that’s your cue.
When Premium makes sense
Premium unlocks unlimited text chat and puts 100 tokens in your account every month. Tokens pay for voice messages, AI phone calls, photo requests and 5-second scene videos (12 tokens each). You also get the full Live Action experience. The 12-month plan is $3.99/month, and the Candy AI discount page explains how to get that price.
No series yet
Ava Starz doesn’t lead a Candy Shorts series at the moment. If you want to watch a licensed twin before chatting, the creators with series are the place to start. Otherwise, the full twin lineup has 13 more licensed creators to meet.
